Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Ello boxing to ensure safe transit and prevent damage during the return journey.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup or Drop-off

  Print your prepaid shipping label and either drop the package at a certified carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
