Most of our standard furniture pieces are delivered within 7-14 business days. For larger items requiring white-glove delivery, our logistics partner will contact you directly to schedule a specific arrival window.

Do you offer a warranty on Ello home products?

Yes, we offer a comprehensive 1-year limited warranty on all furniture and decor. This covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity to ensure your home remains beautiful and functional.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to oversized furniture items.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

At Ello, we prioritize the planet. 80% of our wood products are FSC-certified, and we use OEKO-TEX certified textiles to ensure no harmful chemicals are used in the production of our linens and rugs.

Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing a sofa?

Absolutely! We offer up to five complimentary fabric swatches so you can see and feel the quality in your own lighting before making a commitment. Simply visit our 'Swatches' page to order.

Do you provide assembly services?

Many of our items arrive fully assembled. For items requiring setup, we offer a 'White Glove Delivery & Assembly' upgrade at checkout, where our team will build the item and remove all packaging for you.
